Dave Still, who works for Partners In Development, a South African Engineering firm who reached me through the sanitation online forum ecosan put me in touch with Wicus at a company in Kimberley known as Cemforce, as they were producing prefabricated loos doing something similar to what we were aiming for. Hi Gareth!!!
I am very impressed with your site, your evorts and theat Engineers without borders are involved in such pragmatic projects!!!
I am hoping to get lightweight precast textile concrete wall panels manufactured in the Overberg as an alternative to conventional brick and mortar homes. It will be quicker, less labour intensive and can include the windows or doors, conduiting, piping and easy to erect with a frame.
Do you know whether Cemforce are interested in partnering on such an edeavour??? I do not wish to "stea" hard earned technology, I just want to be part of delivering affordable homes to a critical need.
I look forward to hearing from you soonest.
Best Regards
